MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Summerfest is teaming up with another event hitting Milwaukee this summer.The Big Gig is now partnering with the Greater Milwaukee "Flying Car" event."Flying Car" is a three-day event designed to celebrate innovation and raise awareness of the area's innovative business and creative talent.It coincides with Summerfest.Organizers of both events say the partnership will show Milwaukee as a great place for creative, talented professionals to live, work and play."It's combining and living off a tremendous world class brand and a world class asset that we have here in Milwaukee together with all of the innovation and creativity that we want to showcase in this part of Milwaukee," Jonas Prising, co-chair of Innovation in Milwaukee said.Summerfest will provide weekday admission tickets to Flying Car participants.Additionally, Briggs & Stratton will host "Flying Car Day" at the Briggs & Stratton Big Backyard on Thursday, June 26th.
