The effort to recall Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker kicked off officially early Tuesday morning, and through the Lieutenant Governor, Rebecca Kleefisch and Governor Walker must technically be recalled separately, Kleefisch says they're a team, and are prepeared to fight as one.
