MILWAUKEE -- The Milwaukee Admirals saw their season come to an end at the hands of the Grand Rapids Griffins Tuesday night, April 26th -- dropping a 4-1 decision in game three of the Central Division Semifinals.According to a statement from the Admirals, the Griffins scored four unanswered goals, including their first two via replay, to give Milwaukee their seventh straight post-season loss, a streak that dates back to 2013.It was also the 14th straight playoff game that the Ads scored two or fewer goals.Adam Payerl got the Ads lone tally with just 1:14 left in the first period on his first goal of the post-season.

MILWAUKEE -- The Milwaukee Admirals announced today that they will face off against the Grand Rapids Griffins in Central Division Semifinals beginning next Friday, April 22 at 7 pm at the BMO Harris Bradley Center.The best-of-five series will continue with games two on Saturday night at 7 pm before switching venues to Grand Rapids for games three and, if necessary, four at the Van Andel Arena.

MILWAUKEE -- This one definitely wasn't out of a fairy tale as the Admirals dropped a 5-2 decision against the Bakersfield Condors on Friday night in front of 11,281 at the BMO Harris Bradley Center in the team's final regular season home game in the building built through the generosity of the former owner of the team Jane Bradley Pettit.Things started well enough for Milwaukee as Pontus Aberg fired a one-timer for his 25th goal of the season mid-way through the first period to give the Ads a 1-0 lead.However, Bakersfield scored five of the next six goals in the game to bring an end to the Admirals team record tying 13-game point streak and seven game winning streak.In addition, it was first home loss in regulation for Milwaukee since February 24th and it was just the second loss for Ads All-Rookie goalie Juuse Saros since January 9th.Max Reinhart scored Milwaukee's other goal, his 23rd tally of the year.The Admirals finish up the regular season on Saturday night in Rockford at 7 pm.

Austin, TX -- The Texas Stars scored three power play goals to power past the Admirals in a shootout 5-4 Saturday night at the Cedar Park Center.Brendan Ranford scored two power play goals for the Stars and was the only shooter for either team to score in the three-round shootout.Despite the loss, the Admirals earned a point and remained in first place in the Central Division.
