Brewers fans on the hunt for Matt Garza gnomes, autographed by the pitcher

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee Brewers fans on Monday, July 20th were in search of gnomes.

The team hid Matt Garza gnomes in several spots -- and then posted clues as to where they were on Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat.

The gnomes were autographed by Garza.

The first gnomes were found at Cathedral Square Park in downtown Milwaukee on Monday morning.

At 11:00 a.m., the Brewers released a clue that had searchers looking around Hart Park in Wauwatosa.

That's where nine-year-old Sarah Simons found one of the gnomes.

"My brother's going to be really mad. He was at a sleepover and he didn't get to come," Simons said.

There were two gnomes hidden at each location. With each gnome, winners take home a prize package, including tickets to an upcoming Brewers game.
