Scene cleared: Jackknifed trailer snarls traffic on I-94 EB before Hwy 164

PEWAUKEE -- A jackknifed trailer temporarily closed the left lane on eastbound I-94 before Highway 164 Wednesday morning, May 3rd. All lanes reopened around 7:30 a.m.
