Police: Man shot, wounded on Milwaukee's northwest side

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that occurred in the neighborhood near 75th and Courtland on Friday evening, February 19th.

Officials say the victim, a 21-year-old man from Milwaukee, was shot once around 8:30 p.m. He was taken to a hospital with a non-life threatening injury.

The circumstances surrounding the shooting  are unclear.
