Police: Man shot near 39th & Wright, taken to the hospital; extent of injuries is unclear

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police say a man was shot near N. 39th Street and Wright in Milwaukee on Monday afternoon, July 13th.

It happened around 3:30 p.m.

Police say the victim is a man between the ages of 50 and 60.

He was taken to Froedtert Hospital for treatment. The extent of injuries suffered in this case is unclear, as are the circumstances behind this shooting.

No one is in custody.
