Police: Man shot, injured during physical altercation near Capitol and Richards
MILWAUKEE -- One person was hurt in a shooting that happened near Capitol Drive and Richards Street Saturday evening, May 18. Two people were arrested.
According to police, two people confronted a 43-year-old man about being in possession of possible stolen property around 6:20 p.m. The confrontation quickly escalated and led to a physical altercation -- and during the fight, one of the two people produced a gun and shot the 43-year-old man.
The victim was taken to a hospital and was expected to survive.
