PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. - Pleasant Prairie police released video from a January pursuit that ended with an Illinois teen in custody.

It happened on Jan. 31. Police were on patrol when they spotted a speeding pickup truck at 104th and Green Bay. Officers tried to pull it over, but the driver took off.

During the chase, dashboard camera video showed the fleeing truck crash through a roundabout. The pursuit continued for a few blocks until the driver lost control.
The truck came to a stop in a parking lot, where officers took a 17-year-old from Beach Park, Illinois into custody.
Pleasant Prairie squad totaled during enforcement for reckless driving
Pleasant Prairie police were conducting traffic enforcement on Thursday, Jan. 29 and one of the department's officers ended up being involved in a serious three-car collision.
