FOX6 News spoke with one woman who saw she saw police show up as she was getting ready for work Thursday morning.

"All I had seen was police out, they had their guns out, their shields out, like they were going to kick in somebody's door. I just pulled off. I didn't know what it was about, what the situation was about," said Gia Dixon, who lives in the apartment complex. "I was just thinking maybe somebody had a warrant. But I should have known when I had seen them big guns out."

This is a developing story.
