Milwaukee police investigate shootings from Saturday evening

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a pair of shooting incidents that happened on Saturday, December 8th.

Around 9 p.m., officers responded to a shooting incident that occurred on W. Leon Terrace just south of Silver Spring. A 16-year-old girl sustained a non-life threatening gunshot wound to her armpit area. Detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident. They are seeking two black male suspects who may be in their late teens to early twenties and who were wearing all black clothing.

 Around 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, officers responded to a shooting incident that occurred near 22nd and Wright on the city's north side. A 22-year-old woman sustained a non-life threatening gunshot wound to one leg. It appears robbery was a motive in this shooting. Investigators are seeking two black male suspects who may be in their late teens, wearing black clothing and one having a dreadlock hairstyle.
