A Milwaukee man is dead after a fatal rollover crash Monday night on the city's north side.

"It’s always people cutting you off, or a lot of people speeding," said Kay Burns. "It’s just not safe."

The video showed a van cut through a gas station and enter the intersection when it collides with a black car.

"That’s scary, that could have been someone’s child right there, there’s people right there walking," Burns said.

The van flipped over onto its side. Police said the van's driver, a 23-year-old man, later died at a hospital.

The driver of the black car, a 19-year-old Milwaukee man, stayed at the scene and was later taken to a hospital with minor injuries.

"I have noticed, not personally, the remnants of several accidents, a couple of them deadly accidents," said Michael Burt. "I'm not sure it’s the intersection; I truly believe it’s the drivers."

"I just encourage others to look both ways," Burns said. "Even if you have the right of way, just look both ways, because you just never know."

"You really have to keep your head on a swivel," said Burt.

The crash remains under investigation.
