Milwaukee County D.A.: No charges to be filed in fatal shooting of 61-year-old man

MILWAUKEE -- The Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office announced on Thursday, September 8th that there will be no charges filed against the 35-year-old Milwaukee man arrested for the September 4th homicide of 61-year-old Ray Harrington.

That shooting happened near 19th and Hopkins.

The Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office cited justifiable self-defense in this case.
