MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee City Hall and the Zeidler Municipal Building were temporarily closed Friday, June 16 due to a water main break.
The city said a "significant section" of water main needs to be replaced on Kilbourn Avenue, which could take up to 24 hours.

The buildings reopened at 11 a.m. – nearly three hours after the closure was announced. Departments associated with Mayor Cavalier Johnson's administration reopened at that time as well.
