Man accused of taking photo of woman in bathroom stall at Germantown McDonald's

GERMANTOWN -- Germantown police are looking to identify a man accused of taking a photo of a woman inside a stall at a McDonald's bathroom. It happened on Monday, April 9 at the McDonald's located on Mequon Rd.

According to police, around 4:45 p.m., an unknown male suspect entered the restroom and took a picture of the woman from under the stall. Officials say the man fled in a white RV with a blue stripe.

"I think she reacted like mostly people would react -- and be pretty upset. As soon as she noticed the camera coming underneath she was able to exit quickly," said Germantown Police Chief Peter Hoell.

Police released the above surveillance photos in an effort to identify the suspect.

"Very good stills and the vehicle is very unique," said Chief Hoell.

Police said the woman chased after the suspect.

"I think it was wise for her not to confront him if she had that opportunity, but call 911 and let us deal with it," said Chief Hoell.

The suspect has a tattoo on the right side of his neck. Police said his vehicle is unique.

"RV is fairly old -- approximately 30 years old, white in color with blue stripe that should stick out," said Chief Hoell.
