Julian Miller sentenced to life in prison in Shirl's Drive-in homicide

A Kenosha County judge sentenced Julian Miller to life in prison with no chance of parole for killing 18-year-old Robbie Wilde and another man while robbing Shirl's Drive-in back in 2009. The judge tacked on an extra 68 years.

Back in September, jurors found Miller guilty on ten counts in connection with the crime. They include two counts of first-degree intentional homicide, one count of armed robbery, six counts of false imprisonment, and a count of felon possessing a firearm.

During the sentencing hearing, Miller spoke to the family of the victims for the first time. "Some have given me cold stares. They have a right to be angry," said Miller.

The judge was rather stern with Miller before handing over the final verdict on his sentence."You killed a young man. You terrorized people who are working through college. That's ruthless," said Judge Anthony Milsauskas.
