NEW BERLIN, Wis. - The Hot Wheels Legends Tour is a celebration of the builders, visionaries and people in the automotive world who put late nights and early mornings in their drive to be legendary.

On Saturday, the tour rolled into New Berlin at the Walmart on Greenfield Avenue. The event ended at noon, but a winner of the contest has been announced.

The winning car belonged to Illinois-native Jeff Kruse. Organizers said he began working on the 1968 Chevrolet Camaro when he was 14 years old, a "rolling tribute to four decades of craftsmanship and a father-son bond."
