44-year-old man accused of firing shot into the air, charges pending

MILWAUKEE -- Charges are pending after police say a 44-year-old man fired a shot into the air.

It happened just before midnight Sunday, June 14th near North Division High School.

Officers say he was trying to get away, but he was eventually taken into custody.

The Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office will get the case in the coming days.
