MILWAUKEE - Gift of Wings is hosting the 38th annual IKEA Family Kite Festival at Milwaukee's Lakefront in Veterans Park (1300 N Lincoln Memorial Drive).
The event, which features giant-sized kites and precision kite-flying, is happening today (May 25) from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
