14-year-old girl, 39-year-old man hurt in drive-by shooting near 17th & Locust

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a double shooting that occurred on the city's north side Thursday night, June 4th.

It happened near 17th and Locust around 10:17 p.m.

According to police, a 14-year-old girl and a 39-year-old man were shot in front of their home. Police say the suspects fled in a Maroon Chevy Lumina with dark tinted windows and a white passenger-side door.

Both victims suffered non-life threatening injuries and are currently being treated at a local hospital.
