"Behind The Scenes Weekend" at the Milwaukee Co. Zoo

Have you ever had the urge to jump the fence at a zoo? This weekend at the Milwaukee County Zoo, you can! It's called Behind The Scenes Weekend, and it's an opportunity for animal lovers to get a closer look at the day-to-day routine of the animals at the zoo.

Both Saturday and Sunday, (March 10th and 11th) from 10 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., many Zoo locations not normally open to the public, welcomed guests for special tours. All of the locations are designed to give visitors a new perspective and appreciation of the work that takes place “behind closed doors” at the park.
