Snow, wintry mix arrives Tuesday night
FOX6 News crews were around southeast Wisconsin, keeping tabs on another round of winter weather.
MILWAUKEE - The National Weather Service expanded a winter weather advisory that now impacts most of southeast Wisconsin from Tuesday into Wednesday morning, Dec. 10.
The advisory is in effect until 9 a.m. for Milwaukee County, Waukesha County, Jefferson County, Dodge County, Ozaukee County, Fond du Lac County, Washington County, and Sheboygan County.

Heavy, wet snow is anticipated with higher totals to the north of the I-94 corridor and rain in some spots that will transition to all snow across the area by Wednesday morning. Strong winds out of the north, gusting up to 40 mph, will move in after 6 a.m.
The combination of snow and strong winds will mean low visibility for the morning commute. Add that to falling temperatures, and that means the sloppy snow and water from the rain will turn into icy patches.
Snow should end around 11 a.m. Wednesday.
