Cloudy to mostly cloudy this morning with slightly warmer temperatures but still sub-freezing. A mix of clouds and sun Tuesday with temperatures around freezing, although it'll feel cooler with wind. Windy and warmer Wednesday with light snow in the afternoon, but minimal accumulation. Wind chills drop below zero Thursday morning as another quick surge of cold air moves in by the end of the week.
