As the cold front approaches tomorrow, we can expect more rain and a chance for thunderstorms. We will cool a bit but remain well above average. Patchy morning fog is possible today the partly sunny and still warm with highs once again in the low 80s for inland areas with 70s likely lakeside. Even warmer air surges north tomorrow with highs reaching the upper 80s but still a bit cooler near the lake. Rain and thunderstorms move into our area on Friday and last into Saturday. Cooler air arrives behind the passing cold front.

A tornado watch was issued for parts of southeastern Wisconsin starting at 2:20 p.m. Tuesday, May 10. It is set to expire at 9 p.m.

Another warm day with highs well into the 70s and 80s with the cooler temperatures nearest the lake due to a SSE wind through the day. As a frontal boundary sags south this afternoon, there is a chance for stronger rain and thunderstorms. Some of those storms may reach severe levels.
