MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee police it appears a 63-year-old man who died after a collision between his car and a semi had a medical emergency prior to the wreck.The crash happened just before 12:30 p.m. on Friday, July 11th near the intersection of 35th and Highland in Milwaukee.Officials say the medical emergency is what caused the man's death.Witnesses told police they saw the man pass out at the wheel of his car prior to the crash, which was caused when the man’s vehicle hit the back of the semi-trailer.The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office is investigating the man’s death.The driver of the semi-trailer was not hurt in the accident, and was also not cited or arrested.Both the driver of the car and the driver of the semi-trailer were the only people involved in the accident.

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee police say a bank robbery suspect was arrested and charged after fingerprints, Facebook and fashion helped MPD solve the crime.Police say the suspect is 18-year-old Malik Hartfield of Milwaukee.He was arrested on the Fourth of July for his involvement in the June 22nd robbery of the TCF Bank inside the Pick 'N Save store in the 2300 block of N. 35th Street.Police say Hartfield entered the bank and gave the teller a note demanding money.Police say the teller complied, and Hartfield fled the scene.Police were able to recover the demand note -- and Hartfield's fingerprints were identified.
