Learning from the best; Caitlyn Lansing gets tips from an Olympian

In August, competitive swimmer Caitlyn Lansing had the opportunity to swim with Olympic gold medalist Garrett Weber-Gale.  He gave some local athletes tips on how to improve and reach their goals.  Caitlyn's ultimate goal is to swim in the Olympics herself and as a FOX6 High School Hot Shot, she's well on her way.
