RACINE (WITI) -- Gabrielle Ortiz has has been getting a lot of national attention; in fact, colleges were scoping her out before she even played her first high school game.  ESPN has her ranked as the 11th best female point guard in the country.  While she can definitely ball, Ortiz is more than just another high school basketball player.  She's also a Fox 6 High School Hot Shot.
