Packers draft picks: Green Bay looks to round out 2026 class Saturday

GREEN BAY, Wis. - The 2026 NFL Draft reaches its final rounds on Saturday. Here's a look at the newest Green Bay Packers players.

Round 2: Brandon Cisse

The Packers selected South Carolina cornerback Brandon Cisse with the No. 52 overall pick on Friday, their first pick of this year's draft, having traded away their first-round pick to land star edge Micah Parsons last year.

Cisse started all 12 games at South Carolina as a junior last season – making 27 total tackles with an interception, a forced fumble and five pass breakups. He played in 22 games prior to that at NC State, where he totaled 38 tackles, one interception and five pass breakups over two seasons.

Round 3: Chris McClellan

The Packers traded up to draft Missouri defensive tackle Chris McClellan with the No. 77 overall pick in the third round. NFL Network reported Green Bay sent its original third-round choice and fifth-round pick to Tampa Bay in the deal.

McClellan compiled 48 total tackles as a senior last season, adding eight tackles for loss and six sacks. He had another 39 total tackles, five-and-a-half tackles for loss and two-and-a-half sacks as a junior.

Round 4: Dani Dennis-Sutton

The Packers stuck to the defensive side of the ball, selecting Penn State edge Dani Dennis-Sutton with the No. 120 overall pick in the fourth round on Saturday.

Sutton (6-5 3/8, 256) is a two-time third-team All-Big Ten Conference selection. He became a full-time starter in 2024 and, over the last two seasons, recorded 84 tackles, 25 tackles for loss, 17 sacks, 17 QB hits, six passes broken up and five forced fumbles.

Round 5: Jager Burton

For the first offensive pick of the draft, the Packers selected Kentucky guard Jager Burton with the No. 153 overall pick in the fifth round on Saturday.

Burton (6-4 1/8, 312) spent five years with the Wildcats, starting 32 games at guard and 15 at center, which is where he played his final college season.
