Three arrested after strong armed robbery in Glendale

GLENDALE (WITI) -- Glendale police were able to apprehend three suspects in a strong armed robbery at a bus stop on Wednesday, June 12th.

It happened at a bus stop near the intersection of Port Washington and Silver Spring Wednesday morning.

Officials say one suspect stole a cell phone.

Then, all three suspects tried getting into a getaway car parked nearby.

Police were quickly able to apprehend the suspects at the scene.

Three Milwaukee men, ages 18, 19 and 20 were taken into custody.
