Sex offender alert: Kenosha police issue information on man set to be released

KENOSHA -- Kenosha police are alerting neighbors about a registered sex offender set to be released.
Police say 35-year-old Eric Potts will be released from prison September 8th and will be residing within a one mile radius of 75th Street and 60th Avenue. He will be under 24 hour electronic monitoring.
Potts will be supervised by agents from probation/parole.
He will be a life registrant with the sex offender registry and will be submitting to face-to-face registration with law enforcement. He is to have no unsupervised contact with minors, no taverns/bars/liquor stores, no contact with victim and not to purchase/possess or consume alcohol or illegal drugs.
