Pocket of rain swamps some neighborhoods in Oconomowoc Monday

OCONOMOWOC (WITI) -- The weather has been steamy and sticky this week -- perfect for the creation of widely scattered showers in southeast Wisconsin. On Monday, July 15th, those scattered showers popped up and wouldn't leave in the city of Oconomowoc.

A FOX6 News viewer sent us the video above. It was taken from Elizabeth St. in Oconomowoc. The rain fell so hard and for so long, one person brought out a kayak to enjoy the fresh water.
