New video of Philadelphia duck boat crash released

PHILADELPHIA -- New video has been released of a fatal 2010 duck boat crash in Philadelphia.

Two Hungarian student tourists aboard the sightseeing boat died when a 250-foot sludge barge ran over the disabled "Ride the Ducks" tour boat on the Delaware River.

In the new video, attorneys for the families of the victims say you can see duck boat crew members jump from the vessel before it is hit.

In a lawsuit, attorneys say the duck boat captain did not ask for help from nearby boats and wasted more than 11 minutes... time that could have been used to ask passengers to put on life vests.

Officials from the Ride the Ducks tour had no comment on the case.
