Milwaukee shootings Sunday; 3 wounded, 2 arrested

Milwaukee police are investigating three separate shootings that happened on Sunday, June 7. 

41st and Green Tree

What we know:

A 15-year-old was shot and wounded on Milwaukee's north side. 

Milwaukee police were called to the neighborhood just north of 41st and Green Tree at around 4:10 p.m. A 15-year-old victim had been shot and was taken to a hospital.

Police took a suspect into custody and said charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.

What we don't know:

It's unclear what led to the shooting, and police did not release details about the victim's condition or the suspect.

What we know:

Around 5:48 p.m., at a location yet to be determined, a 34-year-old was shot. The victim arrived on their own at a local hospital for medical treatment.  

The victim has life-threatening injuries. 

The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation. Police are seeking information to identify a suspect in connection with this incident.

42nd and Glendale

What we know:

A 48-year-old was shot around 9:20 p.m. The victim was taken to the hospital for medical treatment. 

Milwaukee police arrested a 48-year-old in connection with this incident.  

This case will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
