Milwaukee man convicted of sex trafficking in North Dakota sentenced on drug trafficking charge
BISMARCK, N.D. — A Milwaukee man who served time in federal prison for sex trafficking in North Dakota has been sentenced to more time behind bars on a drug trafficking conspiracy charge.
The Bismarck Tribune reports 36-year-old Levell Durr and a woman were caught with heroin during a traffic stop on Interstate 94 near Bismarck in late October. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced Monday to serve 3 ½ years in state prison.
Durr pleaded guilty in 2014 in a Bismarck courtroom to encouraging two women to travel from Milwaukee to North Dakota to engage in prostitution. He was sent to prison and released this past June.
