Miguel Kirkwood (11-23-12)

MILWAUKEE -- U.S. Marshals are looking for 33-year-old Miguel Kirkwood.

Kirkwood goes by the nickname "Teaspoon" and according to law enforcement, has gang ties.

Back in 2008, Kirkwood was arrested for possession of 15 pounds of marijuana, with a street value between $10,000 to $25,000. Kirkwood spent three years in prison and was released in the fall of 2010.

Since that time, law enforcement officials say Kirkwood has violated his parole three times.

Law enforcement officials say Kirkwood is a member of the "Black Gangster Disciples" gang, and could be hiding out in places like: 72 and West Hope St., 47th and West Chambers, 61st and Medford Avenue or 55th and Center.

"He's been in and out of our custody. We want to lock him up and make sure he does the remaining time he's owed," one law enforcement official said.

Kirkwood is 6'1" tall and weighs about 240 pounds. He has a six-pointed star tattoo on his forearm, and another on his neck that says "Hermenia," which is his mother's name.
