Light snow in the forecast for Thursday afternoon, evening

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- We saw a few snow flurries on Christmas Day -- but the snow on Wednesday was only supposed to amount to under an inch of accumulation. On Thursday, we could see more light snow after 3:00 p.m. -- according to FOX6 Meterologist Brittney Sager.

The light snow could continue into Thursday evening -- but the main story for the next few days is the COLD temperatures -- following a bit of a warmup over the weekend.

Temperatures for early next week look to be in the single digits, with below-zero lows.
