Jury deliberations begin for Whitefish Bay barber accused of molesting boy

WHITEFISH BAY -- Jury deliberations began Wednesday, November 28th in the case of a Whitefish Bay barber accused of molesting a 14-year-old boy.

David Foley is charged in federal court with videotaping at least three of the assaults, which occurred in Shorewood, Whitefish Bay and on a weekend trip to the Mall of America.

Prosecutors say all of the evidence came to light after Foley sent a computer disk full of child porn to FOX6 News in a failed attempt to frame his landlord as a pedophile.

The jury will reconvene on Thursday, November 29th.
