A big question a lot of people have is, should more money be added to an at-work plan, or is finding a Roth IRA more important? In a perfect world, many people would like to do both, but as far as which is the best, it's advisable to put enough money into your at-work plan that you're getting the full company match, and taking advantage of the free money.
