Construction could start soon on Titletown District next to Lambeau Field

ASHWAUBENON — Construction could soon begin on the Titletown District next to Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers.

The Ashwaubenon Village Board considers giving final approval Tuesday, March 8th for the phase one of the development project, which includes 21 of the project's 34 acres.

Anchors for the project include a four-star hotel and spa called Lodge Kohler, Hinterland Brewing and Bellin Health sports medicine clinic. The Packers say that once work on the anchors and plaza are underway, the team will work on the rest of the project, including commercial and residential space.

The first phase should be ready by the beginning of the 2017 NFL season.
