Chaz Hastings, owner of Milwaukee Harley-Davidson sued after purchase deal fell through

MILWAUKEE -- The owner of the Milwaukee Harley-Davidson dealership is being sued.

The owner of Windy City Harley-Davidson is suing Chaz Hastings after a deal to purchase Hastings' dealership fell through.

According to the lawsuit, Hastings did not provide full disclosure about a mortgage with an outstanding balance of more than $4 million, which would have left the buyer on the hook for more than $1 million in unanticipated costs at closing.

There has been no comment yet from Hastings.
