In business news for Tuesday, March 19th, 2013 -- The new owner of Sanford Restaurant has been named a finalist for a James Beard Award for "Best Chef -- Midwest."

Justin Aprahamian recently bought the downtown restaurant from Sandy D'Amato, who is himself a James Beard Award recipient.

Additionally, Wisconsin has seen its 20th straight month of double digit home sale increases as of February.
