Bus crash in Boise captured by on-board camera

BOISE, Idaho (WITI) -- A bus with nine people on board in Boise, Idaho crashes through two parking lots because plowing into a building. It was all captured by an on-board camera.

The wreck happened on the morning of January 6th. The video was just released this week.

Police have charged the driver of the bus with negligence. They say he appeared to be driving drowsy. Officials say the video shows the driver's eyes were closed shortly before driving off the road.

The bus driver pleaded not guilty to the charge. He argues the brakes failed on the bus.
