Beach becomes obstacle course during "Storming Bradford Beach" event

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Bradford Beach on Saturday, September 21st became a giant obstacle course as folks navigated the sand during Operation Storming Bradford Beach.

Teams of six had to navigate the obstacle course that stretched the entire length of the beach.

The event was started in memory of a Staff Sergeant in the military who died as a result of brain damage suffered in a motorcycle crash.

All of the proceeds gathered through Saturday's event benefit soldiers dealing with physical or mental disabilities.
