MILWAUKEE -- Brian Kramp spent the morning at Sofrito's Vega. This Puerto Rican restaurant serves up delicious cuisine for locals using only the freshest ingredients and most authentic style of Puerto Rican cooking. Owners Juan Vega and Nydia Diaz-Vega have also been catering lunches to area schools to give them more flavor than typical programs offer.
