Breakfast skillet: A creative way to use your Thanksgiving leftovers

MILWAUKEE -- Have plenty of Thanksgiving leftovers? Chef Foster Deadman joins FOX6 WakeUp with an awesome way to use those leftovers days later.


Serves 2 (but all you would have to do is multiply)

Ingredients :


    1)     Heat  iron skillet to medium heat and add bacon

    2)     Render the bacon just until crispy

    3)     Add potato and left over stuffing; saute together

    4)     Add turkey and gravy; continue to cook just until hot

    5)     Season with salt and pepper

    6)     In a separate pan add butter and cook eggs to desire level of doneness

    7)     Top the saute with the eggs and garnish with cranberry relish and fresh herbs
