Future Forecaster: Meet Justin Falcher from Milwaukee French Immersion School

He wanted to be a Future Forecaster — and that’s exactly what FOX6 WakeUp News is helping him accomplish. Meet Justin Falcher, a 4th grader that attends Milwaukee French Immersion School.
