Grafton Dam meeting, public comment; motion passed to repair dam
The future of a Grafton landmark was up for debate on Monday night, Aug. 3, after a mechanical failure left the Bridge Street Dam inoperable. The Village met to decide if the dam should be repaired, removed or redesigned, and that meeting went for several due to the lengthy public comment. Ultimately, the motion passed to repair dam and start soliciting bids.
