2 Milwaukee 911 operators on leave after delayed response to home invasion attack
A pair of city of Milwaukee 911 call takers are on leave after the delayed response to a brutal attack on a 99-year-old woman. A third party answering service called 911 two times, but help didn't arrive until hours later.
