2 Milwaukee 911 operators on leave after delayed response to home invasion attack
A pair of city of Milwaukee 911 call takers are on leave after the delayed response to a brutal attack on a 99-year-old woman. A third party answering service called 911 two times, but help didn't arrive until hours later. FOX6's Sam Kraemer sat down with the head of the city's Department of Emergency Communications to learn more about the situation.
