Anderson estate files lawsuit against Mensah, others

The estate of Jay Anderson Jr. has filed a lawsuit against former Wauwatosa Police Officer Joseph Mensah. Former Wauwatosa Police Chief Barry Weber and the City of Wauwatosa are also named in the civil suit.
