Reaction after Mensah complaints dropped

On Thursday, Nov. 19, the PFC unanimously agreed to drop all complaints against Joseph Mensah -- the Wauwatosa police officer involved in three fatal shootings in five years. He signed off on resignation papers earlier in the week and will be leaving the department.
